Order and privacy policy

We want ordering to be clear and simple, and we explain how we use your information to serve you.

Prices and currencies

You can view prices in US dollars, euros, Turkish lira or Saudi riyals. The initial currency is selected based on your country and can be changed. Conversions use the approved exchange rate source and update automatically. Prices are displayed to a maximum of two decimal places to retain the prices in publishers’ lists. Your order total is calculated from the displayed unit prices and quantities. Product prices exclude shipping. We confirm book availability, the final total and shipping costs with you before payment.

Placing and completing an order

Add books to your basket, then enter your name, country, phone number, email address and delivery address. You can order without creating an account. Once you complete this step, your order is saved with the bookstore and an order number is displayed. The WhatsApp button then opens a prepared message with your contact details, country, books, quantities, prices and order number. Send it to our team to confirm availability, payment and delivery. Submitting an order does not complete payment.

Payment and delivery

Payment is currently available by bank transfer using IBAN. Our team provides the bank details and helps you complete payment through WhatsApp. Card payments through iyzico will be available soon, God willing. Do not share card details or verification codes in messages.

We ship throughout Türkiye and worldwide. Delivery availability, cost and timing depend on the destination, order weight and carrier. We confirm these details with you before payment and provide available tracking information after dispatch.

Returns and order issues

If a book arrives damaged, you receive the wrong product, or you need to change your order, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will review the situation with you and explain the appropriate solution and any applicable return or replacement arrangements. We are happy to clarify any terms relating to your order before payment.

Accounts and sign-in details

Register using your email address, username and password. Email verification is not required at this stage. Passwords are stored securely in a form that cannot be read as the original password and are not visible to the administration team. Your account lets you follow your orders and save your basket and favourites.

How do we use your information?

We use your name, country, address, phone number, email address and order contents to manage your account and orders and communicate about payment and delivery. Your basket and favourites are saved on your device and stored in your account when you sign in. Only authorised administrators can access the information needed to fulfil orders. We do not request or store card details.

We keep basic visitor and add-to-basket statistics to improve our service, without advertising tracking. The site uses essential storage for sign-in and your basket. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, the information you choose to send is transferred to WhatsApp and is also subject to its policies.

Printing requests and manuscript files

We use your printing project details and attached file to assess your request and discuss the quote and production. Files are stored privately and can only be downloaded by authorised administrators. Manuscripts are not published for visitors. We retain them only as needed for the project. You can contact us to request corrections or deletion.

We save your language and currency preferences for future visits. We collect aggregate statistics on pages, visitor countries and traffic sources, without storing IP addresses in site reports.

Measurement uses a random browser identifier for up to 30 days. Country is inferred from connection-country data supplied by hosting, without storing IP addresses in reports. Known automated visits and administrator browsers recognised by the system are excluded. A page view is recorded after two visible seconds. Country is approximate and may be affected by VPN use; the number of browsers does not necessarily equal the number of people.

Questions about your information
